The art you saw are old. The most recent is what I sketched today. I really like plague doctors.
From what I know, if you "share alike", it means that you allow people to use your work as long as they credit you and use the same license as you did.

When you choose the "share alike" option, you are using the creative commons license. So people who would use your work should also use the same creative commons license.
